In this way, we have been working with our most exigent customers through Quality Assurance Agreements. In order to be able to face the challenge, we have implanted a quality management system that allows us to improve continuously our products and processes. The conformity of this system to ISO standards was approved by Lloyd’s Register in October 2001, and recently updated to ISO norm 9001:2000.
